• 1 tbsp of sugar
mix together thoroughly & let rest for 10 mins until frothy. * once your yeast mixture has frothed nice, begin next step. 3. time to make the dough
put all the following ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly together and then kneed
dough for 5 - 10 mins. Once the dough has been kneaded, cover it & allow the dough to rest. • 3 cups of flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• 4 tbsp of melted or softened butter
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
♡ If your dough is too sticky, add 1 tbsp of flour at a time until it comes together
♡ Cover and let rest for 1-2 hours
4. time to make the filling get a bowl and add the following ingredients together. Mix thoroughly. • 1/3 cup of melted butter
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
* After the dough has risen, roll it out to a ¼-inch thick rectangle. Starting from a long edge, tightly roll it into a log, then slice it into even pieces with dental floss for clean cuts without squishing the rolls.
* Lining the dish with parchment paper also helps with cleanup.
* Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, letting them rest for another 30 minutes.
* ( optional ) Pour some heavy cream over the rolls before baking—it adds a rich flavor that balances the cinnamon sweetness and makes the rolls even softer and fluffier. As they bake, the cream blends with the filling, creating a syrup that soaks into the rolls, and makes them super moist and flavorful.
* Bake for 25-30 minutes.
* Once the cinnamon rolls are done, let them cool for a 10 minutes before topping them off with the frosting, and you're done! Enjoy!
