chocolate chip cookies

ingredients ā”
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup of lard or 2 stickers of butter ( room temperature )
½ cup of sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon of molasses
2 eggs ( room temperature )
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine 3 cups flour, ½ cup of sugar, 2 cups of brown sugar, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
3. Combine both eggs and I tablespoon of vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk together thoroughly.
4. Take both softened butters, 1 tablespoon of Molasses and add to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly
5. Add egg mixture to cookie dough mixture. Mix thoroughly with spatula
until a thick cook dough consistancy.
6. Add 2 cups of chocolate chip cookies to cookie dough. Mix thoroughly.
7. Use melon baller to scoop cookie dough onto a sheet pan. Separate each cookie scoop by 1 ½ inches.
8. Take a few chocolate chips and push them on the top of the cookies.
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
10. Allow to cool for 20 minutes and enjoy!
