chocolate chip cookies

serving: 25 - 30 cookies


ingredients ♡

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup of lard or 2 stickers of butter ( room temperature )

½ cup of sugar

2 cups brown sugar

1 teaspoon molasses

2 eggs ( room temperature )

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips


directions ♡


1. preheat oven to 350°F.


2. combine the 3 cups of flour, baking soda, salt & sugar together in a bowl.

mix thoroughly.


3. combine the eggs and vanilla extract in a seperate bowl and mix thoroughly.


4. add butter to dry ingredients mixture. mix thoroughly together with a spatula until its a dough.


5. add 1 teaspoon of mollasses to dough, mix in thoroughly.


6. add eggs to newly made dough, mixture thoroughly.


6. add chocolate chips to dough and mix in thoroughly.


7. use melon baller to scoop cookie dough onto a sheet pan. separate each cookie scoop by 1 ½ inches.


8. add individual chocolate chips to each cookie scoop.


9. Bake for 11-15 minutes. enjoy your cookies!

10. allow cookies to cool for 15 - 20 mins. enjoy your cookies!
