Please read everything carefully before commissioning me. ( Guillyboo )

General terms

All the prices described in this website can increase depending on how much detail your inquiry has.
As the artist, I (Guillyboo) will maintain all rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it to my portfolio, etc.
I have the right to refuse your request if I feel uncomfortable or unable to work on it.
My (Guillyboo's) art, whether commissioned, pre-existing or merchandise work, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioners nor anyone else.
Neither commissioners nor anyone else is allowed to use Guillyboo's artwork to train any AI/ML models.
Commissions are not first come, first served and will be selected according to my artistic preferences. Great time & effort go into every work in order to deliver the best results for each customers.
Depending on the time & attention needed per order, it may take 2 weeks to 4 months to finish (which is not the usual, but it may happen). Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.
You can set a deadline for rushed orders, but a fee of +50 USD to +100 USD will be charged.
If you want to skip my entire commission queue and have your order worked on immediately, an additional fee of +150 USD fee (this price may change depending on the number of customers in the queue and the type of order chosen).
The process of the commission (sketch with base colors) will be provided through screenshots for revisions and confirmation. Please make sure to mention all necessary modifications within the sketch stage. Any changes needed within the later stages (rendering or final artwork) will incur a 25% - 50% fee based on the original order price.
Do not rush or bombard me with messages pertaining to your order. Constant messaging is considered harassment and you will be blacklisted from future commissions for violating the terms of service.
All completed artwork will have a subtle signature that can't be removed.

After reading my Terms of Service, you may request a commission by doing the following:
• 1: fill out this form or make a request through Vgen.
•2: e-mail me using my contact form here. Be sure to insert: "Commission Request" as subject, with all the necessary details.

All orders go through Paypal. If your order is accepted on Vgen, You will receive a payment notification invoice to your Paypal & email. Once I receive your payment, I will add you to the list of orders in progress and you will be notified when I begin working on your order.

Commercial Use

Type 1: 2x the price, e.g. promotional material, cover art for music albums, packaging, use in videogames, use for advertising, does not apply to independent content creators without brand deals to advertise their free work.
Vtubers and streamers do not need to pay any commercial fee as long as they use the artwork for streaming purposes only.

Type 2: 3x the price, e.g. art is a product, like posters, stickers, cards, shirts, phone covers, etc.

Drawing guidelines:
I will draw:

OC (original characters).
Fanart.
Real people (in my style).
Light gore.
Ecchi and nudity (for +18 customers only).
Mecha
Nekomimi.

I will not draw:

Minors (in a sexual or suggestive way).
Furry (Nekomimi is ok).
Realism.
NFT.
Hateful or discriminatory content.

Refund Policy

You can request a 100% refund if I have not started sketching yet.
You can request a 50% refund if you give up your order after receiving the sketch.
You can no longer request a refund once I've started the rendering/coloring process.
A 100% refund will be given in cases were there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.
If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your rights to everything I've made for you will be retracted and I will have the right to resell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
Also, note that you will be instantly blacklisted and you will not be able to purchase anything from me again.

Commission terms

Once I receive the payment, I will add you to the list of orders in progress.
When I start your order, I will send you a basic sketch (as shown in the time-lapse on the right) for you to review and request any necessary changes.
It may take a while to get to your commission due to the large number of commissions I have to illustrate. I truly appreciate your patience.
After reviewing the sketch, I will render your order and send you an update for a final review. If you would like to request any changes at this stage, it will require a fee. ( mentioned within General Terms )
After all revisions and confirmations, All PNG and GIF files, with or without a background will be watermarked for you to post on your social medias. These will be sent to your email or available for download for a limited time on dropbox.

Wait List

When you are added to the waitlist, your slot will generally become available at least 2 months after you join.
High priority orders or orders requested by my Club members may change the date your slot becomes available.
By joining the waitlist, you also acknowledge and accept that your slot may be moved to a later date due to the factors listed above.
You can skip the waitlist or set a specific date for when your slot becomes available (which must be at least 1 month after you join), as long as the rushed order fee is paid. Note: The fee will depend on the number of customers in the queue at the time and the date you choose.

The waitlist is organized, so please check this from time to time as slots may be moved for the reasons listed above.
You will not be charged any fee to be added to the waitlist and you can be removed or move your slot at any time, please let me know in advance.
The priority for both commissions and waitlist slots works are as follows:
High priority orders
Club members ( Pin & Art Club + Hot Sauce Club )
Regular or returning clients
New clients.

As previously stated within the Terms of Service, orders are not first come, first served and will be made depending on my artistic choice to maintain quality, so the above priority may also change. However, if you set a deadline for your order, it will be honored no matter what.

Ownership rights

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, sell, trace or copy my artwork nor remove the watermark from the finished product.
You are not allowed to claim my ( guillyboo)artwork as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
Credit to me through a tag (@guillyboo) as well as a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.
Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, please specify within the commissions form.
The client will receive the PNG and GIF files (for animated orders) with or without a background.
You can not post the larger file without the watermark. You must credit me as the artist.

Payment

All commissions and additional fees must be paid in advance (100%) Vgen or my shop ( chenxira.com ). Paypal invoice only. (currency is USD).
Invoices related to the original commission and process fees need to be completed by the customer within twenty-four (24) hours.
Pending payments have a grace period of one (1) week before being considered unsuccessful and the slot is reopened. Incomplete payment for process fees will result within the cancelling of the order placed.
Invoices related to the original commission and process fees will be issued from chenxira.com or guillyboo@yahoo.com to a Paypal email provided by the customer.
Do not pay to any invoice that was sent by a different e-mail, contact me immediately if you have any suspicions.

Black List Policy

If you get blacklisted it means you will no longer be able to commission me, buy my products, be a member of any and all clubs/subscriptions, you will be blocked from all of my social medias as well.
Reasons that can lead a client to being blacklisted:
Ghosting;
Attempt to scam;
Filing a chargeback;
Misuse of previous commissions/my art in general;
Harassment and any other type of disrespect towards me and my work;
Disregard my Terms of Service.
You can be blacklisted for a month, 6 months or forever. The criteria is decided by me and you can apply to reverse the situation if you think there has been any misunderstanding.

Privacy Policy

The information that is collected will only be used to contact and or identify you.

I do not & will not employ any third-party companies or individuals. Any and all information you share will be strictly viewed only by me. All data will never be shared, sold, bid or redistributed, ever.

Regarding the storage of your personal information, I will striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and she cannot guarantee its absolute security.

My Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by her. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. She has no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, she advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. She will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page. If you have any questions or suggestions about guillyboo's Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact her.

All statements made using words " me", "my" or "I" is referring to I the artist, Guillyboo.
