shipping + info

I will always aim to ship your order out within 3-5 business days but due to large order volume,

all estimated shipping time is anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks.

Please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the page for any processing/shipping changes. 

Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email. Your patience is greatly appreciated <3

usa /canada / international

Shipping to USA and international countries will be tracked and mailed by shipping post.

 -- this will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that shipping to UK/EU on my website is currently available!

*PLEASE NOTE* Once your order is handed over to the postal carrier, I am no longer in control of the rest of its adventure to you! CHENXIRA will not be liable for any lost/damaged mail. You can be assured that I package everything safely to reduce risk of damage during transit!

Customs, duties, and international taxes

I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

These costs may vary from country to country.

shipment confirmation & order tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. You will receive an additional email with tracking information once the order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting me here.

Orders are qualified for free shipping once after the discount total reaches $110 for all US orders and $170 for international orders.

incorrect shipping address

The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a change in shipping address. To request an address change, please fill out a contact form with your name and order number here.


Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it. If there is any incomplete address, we will contact you as soon as possible. You have a timeframe of 3 business days to provide the correct shipping information. If we have not received an answer within 3 days, your order will be canceled.

returned orders due to incorrect address

If the package is returned to us, you will be contacted via email. The shipping fee must be paid again if you would like your order reshipped or sent to a new address. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of goods, minus a 10% restocking fee & the original shipping costs. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

lost package

We are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. CHENXIRA is responsible for your package up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. I do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves my doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact USPS or FedEx to submit a claim.
